Fish Bandit Charters Reports on Vineyard Sound

Vineyard Sound is holding 16+" Scup, numerous Bluefish being caught of charters daily. The Black Sea Bass have move into Vineyard Sound as they depart Buzzards Bay, many 18+" fish being caught. Stripers still being caught at all the usual rips. Some fluke have shown up but not of great size at this point.
